It depends on the fault and part availability. After diagnostics we give you an estimated timeframe.
Can I call a technician to my location?
Yes. A technician visits homes, offices, shops and organizations. Use the "Call a technician" button to send a request.
Do you repair printers at my home?
Yes, in many cases a printer can be diagnosed, set up or cleaned on site. For complex faults we take it to the service center.
Can you refill a cartridge?
Yes, we refill laser and inkjet cartridges, clean them and check print quality. We also replace the chip, drum or wiper blade when needed.
Is there a warranty?
Completed work is covered by a warranty. The term depends on the service and is stated in your order documents.
Can I order delivery?
Yes. Choose "Technician visit" when ordering and enter your address. Pick-up to the service center and return can be arranged with you.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay after the service in cash or by card. Online methods (Click, Payme and others) appear during checkout once they are connected.
